在分析我国西北地区盐溃化土地形成机制的基础上。着重研究了西北地区盐渍化土地开发利用过程中所引发的环境问题：上游灌区土地次生盐渍化、水肥利用效率低，下游地区水土污染、水资源短缺、生态恶化，最后给出了相应的防治对策和建议。
英文摘要：
On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of the salinization land in the Northwest China, the environmental problems induced in the course of salinization land exploitation were researched emphatically. These environmental problems are as follows： re-salinized land, low effective use efficiency of water and fertilizer in the upriver irrigation area, water and soil pollution, water resources shortage, environment depravation in the catchments area. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given.
