Yin Village Vocational Education Park, as a. recently established one, offers more expectation for vocational education after ten years of Changzhou＇s development as a science and education city. In view of the current situation of various vocational education parks all over China, the original design and plan are crucial to its scientific development and service for the local education and economy. Featured as the ＂oriental Cambridge＂, Yin Village Vocational Education Park shows the conception of ＂idyllic village＂ and ＂4A ecological leisure tourism area＂ with combination of learning, travelling and dwelling. This essay gives preliminary discussion on the cooperation and harmonious development of schools and bases in the park from the aspects of organization, profession and merging of teaching staff.
