针对开关磁阻电机传导电磁干扰问题,分析了3kW大功率开关磁阻电机电磁干扰(electromagneticinterfere,EMI)噪声生成机理,提出噪声特征提取及基于散射参数的EMI滤波器性能优化方法,并据此研制出传导噪声综合分析与处理装置。实验表明,上述装置可准确提取EMI噪声特征并有效抑制噪声,最大可达30dBμV,验证了文中所提方法的有效性。
EMI noise generation mechanism was analyzed for a 3 kW large-power switch reluctance motor (SRM). The different mode noises were extracted to analysis the noise characteristic. Meanwhile, the characteristic of electromagnetic interfere (EMI) filter was optimized by Scattering-parameter method. Additionally, a synthetic noise analysis and processing system based on the new method was developed. Experiment results show that the system can be utilized effectively for both noise characteristic extraction and noise suppression, where the maximum suppression can be about 30 dB~tV, and thus verified the proposed method.
