文章引入贸易产品技术含量,从"质"的视角系统探讨了乳制品进口贸易对国内乳制品加工业技术进步的作用机制。在测度中国主要来源国乳制品进口技术含量与中国乳制品加工业技术进步指数的基础上,以技术差距模型思想为指导构建模型。得出结论为:中国与乳业大国开展乳制品进口贸易是推动技术进步的重要途径;进口自澳大利亚、加拿大及法国、丹麦等欧盟成员国的乳制品技术含量产生了正向技术溢出效应;但中国干乳制品生产能力不足等因素限制了与新西兰和美国的乳制品进口贸易技术溢出效应发挥。
In this study, technological additional value of trade goods was introduced to represent technical content, and the effect mechanism of dairy products import on the technological progress of domestic dairy processing industry was analyzed from the perspective of "quality". Firstly, technical content of 30 major source countries of dairy import and technological progress index of dairy products processing industry in China were measured. Then a model to estimate the impact of technical content of imported dairy products on the technological progress of domestic dairy products processing industry was constructed guided by technical gap model. Conclusions were drawn that it's an important way to promote technological progress of dairy processing industry of China to import from developed dairy countries. The technical content of imported dairy products from Australia, Canada, France, Denmark and other EU countries has positive technological spillover effect. While low domestic dairy production capacity and the high degree of concentration of dairy products import structure from New Zealand and the United States led to a negative impact on the technological progress of domestic dairy processing industry.
