研究了保持结构整体性和力学性能的微波吸收水泥基复合墙体材料设计与制备问题。以获得既保证墙体材料完整性和力学性能、又具有良好的微波吸收性能的材料为目标,以方便施工、成本低廉为原则,设计了以纳米碳黑为吸收剂的新型水泥基墙体材料,采用适于建筑工程的程序成功制备了材料样品。测试结果表明,制得的水泥基复合墙体材料在8—18GHz的频段内吸收能力为7.5-17dB,在18~26.5GHz频段吸收能力为10-一15dB。
Study is made on design and preparation of the microwave absorption cement-based composite wall material that can keep the structural integrity and mechanical properties. The new cement-based composite wall material is designed with nanosized carbon black as absorbent,and successfully prepared the material samples with the procedure suitable for building project that not only keeps structural integrity and mechanical properties,but also has good microwave absorbability,and based on the principle of convenient construction and low cost. The test results show that absorption capacity of the prepared cement-based composite wall material is 7.5-17 dB within 8-18 GHz frequency range and that is 10-15 dB within 18-26.5 GHz frequency range.
