电流体动力学射流技术包括静电喷雾和静电纺丝2项孪生技术,是新型的纳米材料制备方法,可以制备纳米薄膜、纳米纤维、壳-鞘结构纤维、纳米管、微纳米包囊、量子点等各种形态的纳米材料。对此进行了系统的总结:静电喷雾技术制备的薄膜比常规喷雾法制备的薄膜更为均匀;静电纺丝技术近年来更是在取向型纤维的制备、无机陶瓷纤维的制备以及同轴射流技术方面取得了重大突破。
Electrospray and electrospinning are twin techniques based on electrohydrodynamics. They are new technologies for preparing nanomaterials, such as nanofilms, nanofibers, core/sheath structures, nanotubes, micro/ nano encapsulation, quantum dots, etc. The research progress of this two techniques are systematically summarized in this paper. Films with enhanced uniformity compared with that of by conventional spray techniques can be deposited by electrospray. Three major breakthroughs are made in recent years for electrospinning technique, including aligned fibers preparation, ceramic fibers preparation, and coaxial jet technology.
