临床上腰源性男科疾病给患者带来了极大的困扰,且因病情涉及隐私不易发现,缺少经验的医生常仅仅对症处理,忽视腰源性的病因,效果常不理想。吾师金保方教授凭借多年独到的影像学与男科学临床经验,总结出腰椎病变与很多男科疾病密切相关,临床上针对某些患者的腰椎病变运用独活寄生汤加减,并配合其他腰椎治疗,在很大程度上可以缓解患者的男科症状。现进行总结归纳,希望对临床医生诊疗腰源性男科疾病起到一些帮助。

The andrologica diseases from lumar has caused great trouble to the patients,while the diseases involves privacy is diffcuh to find. The doctors who lack of experience often take symptomatic treatment only and ignore unavailable pathyogeny. JIN Baofang, concluded closed relationship that lumbar spine to many male diseases relying on years of clinical experience. By treating patients with Duhuojisheng Decoction who have lumbar spine disease, and cooperate with other lumbar treatment, the symptoms of the corresponding male disease have been greatly reduced. This paper aims to help clinicians recognize the importance of the lumbar spine in andrology through some typical cases.
