研究三轴无磁转台结构尺寸设计问题。提出基于三轴无磁转台的磁性指标对其进行结构尺寸设计的方法。考虑材料、强度、尺寸与磁性之间的关联,合理设计一种三轴无磁转台的框架结构,这一结构可在满足磁性指标的前提下为转台的强度、刚度、控制留出设计空间,并基于这一结构建立模型,从转台闭合框在地磁场中转动产生的感应电流出发,推导感应电流对周围空间造成的磁场畸变的定量表达式。同时对此公式蕴含的各尺寸元素的变化趋势和可行域作出分析。以磁场畸变不高于7 nT的三轴无磁转台设计为例,根据畸变磁场的表达式给出一种针对转台磁性指标的结构设计流程,这种设计流程对影响磁场畸变的各因素进行了合理安排。最终设计结果验证该设计方法的合理性。
Structural design of tri-axial non-magnetic turntable is studied. A modeling method of structural design based on magnetism specifications is presented. Considering the relationship of material, strength, dimension and magnetism, a rational framework of the turntable is proposed, which can provide sufficient margin for the choose of strength, stiffness and control strategy. Based on the model of the framework, the expression that reflects the distortion of the magnetic field is deduced from the induced current caused by the movement of the turntable in the geomagnetic field. Both the trend and the feasible regions of the three-dimension variables are analyzed. In the structural design example asking for a magnetic field distortion less than 7 nT, a design process of the tri-axial non-magnetic turntable based on the expression is proposed, which reasonably arranges each factor that causes the distortion. The method's validity is verified by the design result.
