神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF)通过与其两种受体TrkA和p75NTF结合激活下游信号通路,对神经元的生长、发育及存活等过程发挥极其重要作用。近年来发现其在非神经系统也发挥作用,特别是参与了肿瘤的生长及转移。研究表明,在肿瘤的增殖、凋亡、血管形成、神经旁浸润以及疼痛过程中,NGF及其受体起着相当重要的作用,且与肿瘤患者预后密切相关。本文对NGF在肿瘤中的作用研究作一综述。
Nerve growth factor (NGF) plays an important role in the development and maintenance of neuronal cells through generating intracellular signals by interacting with two classes of membrane receptors : the TrkA and p75NTF.Recently, NGF has been described to have a role in non - neuronal system, especially in tumor growth and metasta- sis. Previous studies suggested that nerve growth factor and its receptors have significant effect on tumor biology such as proliferation, apoptosis, angiogenesis, perineural invasion and pain, all of which have remarkable association with clinic prognosis. Recent progress about nerve growth factor and its role in tumor is reviewed in this paper.
