At present,quite a number of areas in China village governance are dominated by village elite rather than the villagers,the villagers'autonomy under the form of phenomenon still exists certain elite management.From the perspective of the subject,the generation logic of social elite governance in villages can be analyzed from three aspects:township government,village elite and ordinary villagers.The township government level reflects the selective governance thinking of the suspended regime,village elite reflects the intervention of village governance under the drive of benefit,villagers level embodied in"instrumental pattern of difference sequence"under"fragmentation".Phenomenon of village elite governance requires the corresponding optimization,the first is the optimization of the village elite governance system,the second is the optimization of villager autonomy and participation mechanism,and the third is the optimization of the township government regulation and guidance mechanism.
