某含铋白钨矿石中含Bi 0.074%,含WO30.19%,有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,含泥量大,且方解石较多,属于高含钙、粒度细的难选低品位白钨矿。对该白钨矿进行了大量的工艺条件试验研究,结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占87.5%条件下,以乙硫氮+丁基黄药为铋粗选捕收剂、BK-205为起泡剂、石灰和水玻璃为铋精选抑制剂,经一粗三精二扫的闭路流程,获得了含Bi 20.44%,Bi回收率为66.29%的铋精矿;调节铋浮选尾矿矿浆p H值为9左右,以水玻璃为抑制剂、ZL为白钨捕收剂,经一粗二精二扫闭路流程获得白钨粗精矿;白钨粗精矿经过浓缩加温后,经一粗三精二扫闭路流程,获得了含WO361.62%,WO3回收率为81.08%的白钨精矿,回收指标良好。
A Bi-bearing scheelite ore contained 0.074% of Bi and 0.19% of WO3. Its useful mineral had fine disseminated size, and it had a large amount of mud and calcite. It was refractory low-grade scheelite with high Ca content and fine size. A lot of tests for technical condition for the scheelite flotation were conducted. The results showed: at the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm particles accounting for 87.5%, the combination of diethyldithiocarbamate and butyl xanthate was taken as the collector of roughing of Bi, BK-205 as the frother, the combination of lime and sodium silicate as the depressant of cleaning of Bi, after the closed circuitinvolving one roughing, three cleaning and one scavenging, Bi concentrate with Bi content of 20.44% and Bi recovery of 66.29% was obtained; on the premise of pH of Bi flotation tailings pulp being regulated to about 9, sodium silicate was taken as the depressant, ZL as scheelite collector, after the closed circuit involving one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging, scheelite rough concentrate was obtained; after thickening and heating of the scheelite rough concentrate as well as the closed circuit involving one roughing, three cleaning and two scavenging, the scheelite concentrate with WO3 content of 61.62% and WO3 recovery of 81.08% was obtained, the recovery indexes were ideal.
