文章通过模拟污染土壤玉米盆栽试验,研究砷和锑在土壤和玉米各部分的分布情况。试验结果表明玉米根、茎、叶和粒对砷和锑具有不同程度的累积作用,所吸收的砷和锑大部分集中在玉米的根部,而在地上部的含量较根部低,并且分布叶的含量大于茎和粒的含量,砷在茎上的分布大于在粒上的分布。重金属砷和锑在玉米根和茎的积累存在相互抑制性,玉米根对锑的累积一定程度抑制了根对砷的累积;砷和锑在玉米叶和粒上存在相互抑制性较小,玉米茎和叶能同时累积砷和锑。根据土壤和玉米根的锑含量之间的变化关系,通过建立回归模型,预测土壤锑含量变化对玉米根含量变化的影响。通过研究砷和锑在土壤和玉米各部分的分布情况,了解锑和砷在土壤和植物中的迁移转化,对防治和预防砷和锑的毒害,提高农产品质量,更好地制定土壤和农产品质量标准具有重要意义。
Corn pot experiment was done to study the distribution of As and Sb in soil and various parts of the corn.Experimental results show that roots, stems, leaves and grain of corn have vary degrees of cumulative effects for As and Sb.Absorbed As and Sb are mostly concentrated in the roots of the corn, but the content of the aerial parts is lower than roots,and the distribution of As in the stems is greater than the grain, As greater than the distribution of the stems on the grain distribution. With soil organic matter changes within a certain range, Sb and As content in the corn root appears reverse changing trends. There are mutually inhibitory in the accumulation of heavy metals As and Sb in corn roots and stems, to some extent the accumulation of Sb in corn roots inhibited As accumulation. Mutual inhibition of As and Sb on the corn leaves and grain is small, stems and leaves of corn can accumulate As and Sb. According to the changing relationship between Sb content of the soil and corn roots, the impact of soil Sb content to the corn root content was predicted by establishing regression models. Through the study of As and Sb in the distribution of each part of the soil and corn, to understand the migration and transformation of As and Sb in soil and plant. It is of great significance to prevent poisoning of As and Sb,improve the quality of agricultural products, make better soil and agricultural product quality standard.
