以神东某选煤厂难沉降煤泥水为研究对象,分析了该难沉降煤泥水的离子组成、煤泥粒度和矿物组成及颗粒电动电位,并从循环系统的角度分析了煤泥水的沉降特点。分析结果表明,煤泥水水质硬度低、煤泥颗粒粒度细、粘土矿物质含量高、颗粒表面电负性强是造成煤泥水难以沉降的原因,粘土矿物的存在不仅能够使煤泥水分散体系稳定存在,而且具有自身强化机制,这是造成煤泥水难沉降的直接因素。
The paper has analyzed the ion composition, coal particle size, mineral composition and particle potential of the difficult-to-settle slurry water in some coal preparation plant in Shendong, and studied its settling features at the angle of circulation system. The results show that the primary factors which influence the sedimentation are the low water hardness of the slime water, the small particle size of slurry, the high clay mineral content and strong electronegativity on particle surface; the clay mineral is the direct factor to make the slurry water be difficult to settle, as it owns self-strengthening mechanism, and can stabilize the dispersion system of the slurry water.
