为合理布置瓦斯高位抽放巷而研究O形圈分布规律,以阳泉三矿K82O5工作面为工程背景,采用离散元数值模拟方法研究了工作面采高对O形圈变化形态的影响。模拟结果表明:在一定的覆岩关键层结构条件下,O形圈的宽度随煤层采高增加而增大;O形圈的高度受煤层采高的影响很小,采高在一定范围内变化时O形圈高度均止于覆岩主关键层下;采高增加时砌体梁结构中第1个回转岩块的回转角度增大,从而使砌体梁弯曲段长度增长,O形圈宽度增大。基于该研究结果,提出了不同煤层采高条件下走向高抽巷布置优化方案。
In order to rationally layout the gas high level drainage gateway and study the O ring distribution law, taking the K8205 coal mining face in No. 3 Mine in Yangquan Mining Area as the project background, the discrete element numerical simulation method was ap- plied to study the coal mining height of coal mining affected to the variation formation of the O ring. The simulation results showed that un- der the certain key stratum structure condition of the overburden strata, the width of the O ring would be increased with the coal mining height increased. The height of the O ring was lowly affected by the coal mining height. When the coal height varied within a certain range, the height of the O ring would be below the key stratum of the overburden strata. When the coal mining height was increased, the rotary angle of the first rotary rock block in the liner beam structure would be increased, thus the bending section length of the liner beam would be increased and the width of the O ring would be increased. Based on the study results, an optimized plan of the strike high level gas drainage gateway under the different seam mining height was provided.
