基于MC13213的无线风蚀数据采集器的设计

本文设计了基于ZigBee技术的土壤风蚀数据采集器,以Freescale公司的无线单片机MC13213为核心控制器,集成了温湿度传感器SHT10,大气压力传感器BMP085,热膜式风速变送器WIM120和旋风分离式集沙仪于一体,实现了风速、环境温湿度、大气压力和土壤风蚀量等数据的实时采集与无线传输。该采集器具有硬件结构简单,体积小,功耗低,使用方便灵活、维护和组网简单,而且不需要考虑布线问题等优点,减少了环境因素对测量所带来的困难和对结果的影响。实验表明,系统可以同时对32个通讯节点进行数据传输和处理,有效传输距离在200m,可以稳定的用于野外风蚀环境数据的采集。

In this paper, a collector of soil erosion data which uses the wireless MCU MC13213 produced by the company of Freescale as the core controller is designed based on wireless ZigBee technology, integrated temperature and humidity sensor SHT10, the atmos- pheric pressure sensor BMP085, hot film wind speed transmitter WIM120 and whirlwind sand collector. It can realize wireless and real - time acquisition and transmission of the wind speed values, the temperature and humidity values, atmospheric pressure values and the soil wind erosion values. The collector has simple hardware structure, small volume, low power consumption, convenient and flexible for use, simple maintenance and networking. It reduces the difficulties brought by the environmental factors on the measurement and the influence on the result, because there is no need to consider the wiring problems. Experiments show that it can meet 32 communication nodes for data transmission and processing at the same time. Its effective transmission distance is about 200m. The device can be stably used to collect the field wind erosion environmental data.
