As the performers of medical service and medical technology,clinicians＇ qualities directly affect the development of medical science and technology.They should have not only professional technology but also humanistic cultivation.The discussion of Literature and Medicine and the development of narrative medicine tells us clinicians should strengthen their humanistic cultivation.The article mainly discusses the relationship of humanistic cultivation and technology,the importance of humanistic cultivation and its training methods,in order to clarify the indispensable relationship between humanistic cultivation and technology,to prove the positive role of the philosophy attainment,ethics attainment,literature and art attainment,history attainment and legal attainment.Then the methods of improving humanistic cultivation are put forward from above aspects.
