The content of two trace elements in Aloe analysed by air - acetylene fire atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）. The results show that the content of Fe is 638 μg/g, Zn is 244 μg/g, the recoveries of elements are within 95% to 102.5% and RSD of 7.06% to 3.63%. The detection limits were Fe 0. 011 p.g/mL, Zn 0. 002 μg/mL respectively.
