提出了针对高校毕业生员工的工作满意度前因变量立方体模型;同时以高校毕业生员工为研究对象,运用logistic回归分析法筛选出了该类员工工作满意度的前因变量.研究的结果显示:年龄较大、工作所在地与父母所在地相同、接受过职业生涯教育、工作与所学专业对口、有良好的薪酬、满意于上司对待下属的方式、工作具有自主性、有良好的职位晋升机会、工作充实以及情感承诺高的员工具有较高的工作满意度;男性、已婚、重点学校毕业、持续承诺高的员工具有较低的工作满意度.
The satisfaction antecedent variable cube model which is suitable for the college graduate employees is put forward. At the same time, taking the graduate employees as the survey, by using logistic regression analysis method, the antecedent variables are screened out. The results indicate that: the employees who are elder, work location same with parents' location, received career education, work fit major, have good salary, satisfied with the supervisor, work have autonomy, have good opportunities for advancement, job enrichment, and high emotional commitment have a higher job satisfaction; the employees who are male, married, graduated from prestige school, high continuance commitment have a lower job satisfaction.
