On the basis of the research of the talent sharing and the talent sharing effect,this paper analyzes the features of talent sharing effect and the mechanism of talent sharing on technology innovation in terms of information communication,technology choice,interactive synergy,knowledge learning and technology exploration,aiming at improving the medium-sized and small-sized enterprise technology innovation ability.
