基于干湿循环模拟酸雨侵蚀试验,通过球压痕法测试不同pH值模拟酸雨中的水泥砂浆应力-应变曲线,研究了酸雨侵蚀对水泥砂浆表面腐蚀损伤的影响试验。结果表明:酸雨酸度和腐蚀龄期对水泥砂浆表面腐蚀损伤有显著影响。酸雨酸度越高,腐蚀龄期越长,水泥砂浆表面腐蚀越严重。体视显微观察表明,酸雨对水泥砂浆的侵蚀破坏是一种由表及里的溶蚀性破坏过程。用球压痕法可以实时监测水泥砂浆酸雨侵蚀发展状态及其破坏历程。
The influence of surface corrosion damage of cement mortar was studied through testing stress-strain curve of cement mortar in different simulated acid rain environment by spherical indentation based on the dry-wet circulation simulated acid rain attack tests.The results show that the acid rain acidity and corrosion age have an obvious effect on mortar surface corrosion damage.The severity of acid rain corrosion to cement mortar surface increases with acidity and corrosion time.Stereoscopic microscope observation indicates that acid rain erosion process of cement mortar is from outside to inside.Spherical indentation can real-time monitoring of cement mortar erosion state of development and damage of acid rain.
