以一台空调压缩机用单相异步电动机为例,对低噪声分马力单相异步电动机的噪声问题进行研究.通过对空载噪声的断电法测试判断电机噪声的主要来源,对电机噪声进行频谱分析,找出噪声频谱中峰值对应的频率.对单相异步电动机进行电磁力波分析,计算可能产生较大电磁噪声的各次电磁力波的频率和次数,确定引起电磁噪声的电磁力波次数.通过对样机进行有限元模态分析,仿真得出引起电磁噪声的电磁力波对应的电机结构模态频率.从节约成本的角度出发,提出提高电机结构模态频率的结构改进方案,解决空调压缩机用单相异步电机的噪声问题.
A single-phase induction motor for air conditioning compression was taken as an example,and the noise problem was investigated for low-noise fractional-horse single-phase induction motor.The source of noise was judged by no -load noise test and frequency spectrum analysis.The frequencies and order of electromagnetic forces produced by flux density harmonics were analyzed to verify the reason of electromagnetic noise.The electromagnetic noise problem was solved.
