机动性是装甲车辆的重要性能指标,对传动系统有着极高的要求。工况复杂、服役环境特殊的重载齿轮是装甲车辆传动系统的重要组成部分,如何有效对其进行强化一直是国内外的研究热点。材料的选择、优化及新材料开发是生产强化重载齿轮的基础,选用合理的热处理工艺可提升齿轮的综合性能,结合有效的表面强化技术能延长疲劳寿命。从以上3个方面出发,分析了重载齿轮生产流程中关键的强化阶段,阐述了重载齿轮综合强化方法的进展,讨论了具有应用前景的新方法,并就今后重载齿轮的发展提出了若干建议。
Maneuverability is the key performance indicator of the armored vehicle,which expects much more on the transmission system. The heavy-duty gear served in the complicated situation is the important part of the transmission system of the armored vehicle. It is always a worldwide popular subject that how to strengthen it effectively. The selection and optimization of material and development of new material are the basics of the gear strengthening. The proper thermal treatment can improve the comprehensive performance of the gear and the fatigue life can be prolonged combining with the effective surface strengthening technology. From the above-mentioned three aspects,this report analyzes the crucial strengthening phase in the gear production process,discusses the new method with promising applications,and gives suggestions on the development of the heavy-duty gear.
