在交变磁场中对DZ483高温合金进行固溶和时效处理,研究了不同交变磁场强度对DZ483镍基高温合金γ′强化相的形貌及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,交变磁场的施加一方面可以促进γ′相由球形向立方形转变,使其排列更加规则;另一方面使γ′相中A1和Ta元素的含量增加,Co、Cr和W元素的含量降低。此外,在0.06和0.1T交变磁场中处理的DZ483高温合金,其950c(二抗拉强度分别比无磁场时提高了2.3%和4.5%。
The morphology of γ′ phase and mechanical properties of DZA83 nickel-base superalloy were investigated through solution and aging treatment under alternating magnetic field. The results showed that on the one hand, the morphology of γ′ phase transformed from sphere to cube and be aligned regularly under alternating magnetic field. On the other hand, the content of A1 and Ta increased, while the content of Co, Cr and W decreased. Moreover, the tensile strength of DZ483 superalloy at 950℃ increased by 2.3% and 4.5% under alternating magnetic field of 0.06 T and 0.1 T compared with that without magnetic field, respectively.
