目的探索木犀草素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的防治作用及可能的抗炎机制。方法本研究以木犀草素治疗COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象(A组),常规用药治疗为阴性对照组(B组),采用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者前后血清TNF-α水平,同时进行MRC呼吸困难评分及肺功能FEV1(pred%)、FEV1/FVC、MVV、PEF测定,比较观察木犀草素治疗COPD患者前后血清TNF-α及肺功能的变化,并对其变化进行相关性研究。结果①A组治疗后血清TNF-α水平浓度明显下降(P〈0.01),MRC呼吸困难评分明显降低(P〈0.01),肺功能FEV1(pred%)、FEV1/FVC、MVV、PEF有明显改善(P〈0.01或P〈0.05);②A组治疗前后血清TNF-α的差值及MRC呼吸困难评分、肺功能与B组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论木犀草素治疗能明显下降COPD急性加重期患者血清TNF-α水平,明显改善呼吸困难及肺的通气功能,由于其价格便宜,可能会大大降低COPD的治疗成本,这将会为COPD防治带来新的内涵。
【Objective】To explore possible preventive effect and anti-inflammatory mechanism of luteolin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.【Methods】In this study,patients with acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) by luteolin treatment were treated as the object of study(A group),conventional medicine treatment for the negative control group(B group).The serum levels of TNF-α before and after treatment were measured by ELISA method.Meanwhile the MRC dyspnea score and lung function FEV1(pred%),FEV1/FVC,MVV,PEF measurement.To observe the changes of serum TNF-α and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) before and after luteolin treatment by comparison,and to study the relationship between them.【Results】① A group after treatment the concentration of serum TNF-α levels decreased significantly(P〈0.01),MRC dyspnea score was significantly lower(P〈0.01),lung function FEV1(pred%),FEV1/FVC,MVV,PEF improved significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);② A group of serum TNF-α,MRC dyspnea score and lung function was significant difference with B group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Luteolin treatment significantly decreased AECOPD serum TNF-α levels,significantly improved dyspnea and pulmonary ventilation function,because its cheap,it may significantly reduce the cost of COPD,which will bring new meaning for prevention and treatment of COPD.
