目的:观察电针不同穴位后小鼠肝组织内ET-1、NO含量变化,探究电针对小鼠肝脏血管活性物的影响以及电针不同穴位效应的差异。方法:将实验动物随机均分为电针足三里组、电针曲泉组、电针非经非穴组和对照组;各电针组电针30min和对照组不电针30min后,用放射免疫法检测各组肝组织内内皮素-1(ET-1)含量,用硝酸还原酶法检测各组肝组织内一氧化氮(NO)含量;分析比较各组肝组织内ET-1、NO含量水平的差异。结果:肝组织内ET-1平均含量水平为对照组〉电针非经非穴组〉电针曲泉组〉电针足三里组;NO平均含量水平为电针足三里组〉电针曲泉组〉电针非经非穴组〉对照组;电针曲泉组、电针非穴组、对照组肝组织内NO平均含量与电针足三里组比较,电针非穴组、对照组肝组织内ET-1平均含量与电针足三里组比较,均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组肝组织内ET-1平均含量与电针曲泉组比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:电针作用可使正常小鼠肝组织内NO含量增高,ET-1含量降低;这一效应具有穴位特异性,即电针足三里穴产生的效应最强。

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the changes of endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) content of liver tissue in mouse after electroacupuncture(EA) at different acupoints,and to explore the effects of EA on vasoactive substances in liver and the differences of effects in different acupoints.Methods: The mice were randomly and averagely divided into four groups,EA Zusanli group,EA Ququan group,EA non-acupoint group and control group without EA.After 30min of EA or without EA,NO content in liver tissue of each group was detected by nitric acid reductase;ET-1 content was detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA),and were analyzed and compared.Results: ET-1 content of liver tissue in control group was highest and the next in the non-acupoint group,Ququan group,lowest in Zusanli group.NO content of liver tissue in Zusanli l group was highest and the next in the Ququan group,non-acupoint group,lowest in control group.NO content of Zusanli group was significantly higher than other groups.There were statistically significant differences in the mean ET-1 as the non-acupoint group and control group compared with Zusanli group,and Ququan group compared with control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: NO was increased,and ET-1was decreased by EA in liver tissue of healthy mice.It was suggested that acupoint was of specificity in the effects.The effect was strongest in Zusanli group.
