通过文献探讨构建理论模型,运用了北京、上海、江苏、浙江、山东、广东、内蒙古等7个省市103家企业591名企业员工的有效问卷调查数据,通过rwg、ICC(1)、ICC(2)验证将个体水平的数据聚合到组织水平,形成配对数据,研究学习型组织对组织创新是否具有影响力.研究表明,学习型组织的五个维度与管理创新和技术创新之间不存在独立的相关关系,而学习型组织整体与管理创新和技术创新之间存在显著的正向关系.最后,结合有关研究结果给出了相应的实践和研究建议.
On the basis of widely literature review, the influencing factors model was constructed. The data from 591 employees and managers of 103 enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong and Inner Mongolia were collected. Firstly, it employed the indicators of rwg, ICC ( 1 ), ICC (2) to test whether data of the indi- vidual level could be aggregated and upgraded to the organization level and formed 103 paired samples in different enterprises. After that, hypotheses were tested. Conclusions are as follows. Learning organization as a whole has significant positive impacts on management innovation and technology innovation. Different dimensions of learning organiza- tion do not have significant positive impacts on management innovation and technology innovation separately. Corre- sponding managerial implications and research suggestions are provided.
