结合近年来西方关于企业劳资冲突的发生机制和管理策略的研究文献,从冲突管理的视角,归纳出微观个人层面、宏观社会层面、经济分析、谈判协商四个方面的主要研究内容,并进行相应述评。诱发积极冲突、文化氛围在劳资冲突发生和管理中的作用、员工心理契约对劳资关系的影响、员工关系与劳资关系之间的相互作用、产业关系和人力资源管理等五个研究方向值得关注。
This paper reviews the literature of occurrence mechanism of labor conflicts and management strategies in recent years. It also summarizes four main research areas, including the micro-individual level, the macro-social level, economic analysis, and negotiation and gives some review comments from the perspective of conflict management. This paper puts forward the future research areas of induced positive conflict, the cultural atmosphere in the labor conflict occurrence and role of management, the impact of employee psychological contract on the labor relations, the interaction between employee relations and labor relations, the compatibility between industrial relations and human resource management.
