利用光学金相显微镜、x射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及显微硬度计等现代检测技术研究了不同热处理工艺对17-4PH沉淀硬化马氏体不锈钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在固溶处理后进行480℃时效处理时,材料强度和硬度得到提高,但是塑性有所下降。而当时效温度升高到620℃,材料的强度和硬度降低而塑性增强。在480℃时效处理前进行780℃调整处理后,可以使合金得到良好的综合力学性能。因此在本试验条件下,17-4PH钢最佳热处理工艺为在1050℃固溶处理后,先进行780℃调整处理,冉进行480℃时效处理。
The influence of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of 174PH stainless steel was characterized by optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and micro-hardness tester. The results show that 17-4PH steel under 480℃ aging after solution condition results in higher tensile strength and hardness but lower tensile ductility; However, at higher aging temperature (620℃ ) hardness and strength value are significant decreased but tensile ductility is increased; when 174PH is solution treated at 1050℃, condition treated at 780 ℃ and then aged at 480 ℃, the optimum properties can be obtained.
