In this paper,we study the collision local time of two independent(N,d)-bifractional Brownian motions BH1,K1 and BH2,K2.Using the Fourier analysis,existence and joint continuity for the collision local time are obtained.The problem of the collision local time of fractional Brownian motion is generalized.
