为了促使煤炭地下气化制天然气产业获得良好经济效益和环境效益,文章提出了一种改进的两阶段法选址方法:首先用重心法确定项目选址的大致位置,然后在详细分析项目选址的主要影响因素的基础上,运用模糊AHP法建立模型解决选址问题。在用模糊AHP法计算的过程中,采用GIS方法得到曲线距离,从而计算运输费用。最后,运用建立的模型对山东省煤炭地下气化制天然气项目的选址问题进行了分析,得到了优化的项目选址。
In order to promote the coal underground gasification to natural gas sector to have the excellent economic benefit and the environment benefit, the paper provided a site selection method of the improved two stage method. A barycentre method was first applied to determine the approximate location of the project site selection and then based on the detail analysis on the main influence factors of the project site selection, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was applied to establish a model to solve the site selection problems. During the calculation process with the fuzzy AHP method, the GIS method was applied to have the curve distance and then to calculate the transportation cost. Finally the established model was applied to analyze the site selection problems of the coal underground gasification to natural gas project in Shandong Province and the optimized project site selection was obtained.
