由于BO3-3中原子以sp2杂化以及p-π共轭的特性使得BO3-3非常稳定且易于发生电子云不对称,有利于产生较大的倍频效应,稀土离子的加入将提高材料的非线性光学性能,因而成为材料领域的研究热点。本文介绍了单金属硼酸盐和多金属硼酸复盐,以及稀土硼酸盐作为功能材料的科研成果和近些年的研究进展,并对硼酸盐功能材料领域的研究进行了展望。
Borate and rare-earth borate proved to be one of the hottest research in the material field, all because of the stabilities of the BO3-3 and nonlinear optical properties of the rare-earth.BO3-3 hybridized by sp2 and conjugated by p-πtakes borate on stabilities and the characteristics of the electron cloud was easy to occur the asymmetric makes conducive to generate larger frequency doubling effect.The studies and the development of the single metal borates and multi metal borates were introduced and the field of borate materials was prospect.
