目的 探讨和总结脑保护装置下自膨式支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄的技术及疗效。方法对18例颈动脉狭窄患者茬滤网型脑保护装置下使用自膨胀支架行颈动脉支架成形术(CAS)治疗。结果18例全部技术成功,共放置支架21枚,脑保护装置全部收回,颈动脉病变残余狭窄≤20%,临床症状消失。术中4例患者出现短暂性心率减慢和低血压,无死亡及症状性脑梗死并发症发生。术后临床短期随访无脑缺血发生。结论脑保护装置下自膨式支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄是一种安全有效的方法,但其长期疗效仍需进一步观察。
Objective To investigate and summarize the technique and efficacy of carotid angioplasty and stenting(CAS) with self-expandable stenting for the treatment of carotid stenosis under cerebral protected devices. Methods Eighteen cases of carotid stenosis were treated by CAS with self-expandable stenting under cerebral protected fiher devices.Results The treatment succeeded in all 18 cases and 21 self-expandable stents were successfttlly implanted, and all cerebral protected filter devices were suecessfully taken beck.All the degrees of stenosis after CAS were less than 20%. Clinical symptoms dlsappeared. During the treatment,6 patients had transient bradyeardia and hypotemien, no death or symptomatic cerebral thromboembolie events. No symptom reiated to thrombosis occurred during clinic short-term follow-up period. Conclusion CAS with self-expandable stenting under cerebral Protected devices is a safe and effective method to treat carotid stenesis. However,the long term effect needs to be proved by following-up.
