文章以超声萃取-高效液相色谱法研究铜绿假单细胞S6菌产生物表面活性剂在梯度浓度、pH值、温度及时间下对萘、蒽、芘、苯并蒽的増溶效果,结果表明:一定浓度范围内,表面活性剂浓度越高,萘、蒽、芘、苯并蒽的溶解度越大;固定生物表面活性剂浓度下,在对萘、蒽、苯并蒽及芘进行増溶时,pH值应控制在6~8之间,最好设置pH值为8;在对萘、蒽、苯并蒽及芘进行増溶时,温度应控制在30℃~70℃,最好控制在低温水平,以30℃为宜;在对萘、蒽、苯并蒽及芘进行増溶时,时间应控制在3 d内,以3 d为宜。
High performance liquid chromatography was used to study characteristics of solubilization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon with a biosurfactant produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa S6 at grade concentration,pH,temperature and time.Results showed that within some concentration,higher concentration of the surfactant,larger solubility of naphthalene,anthracene,pyrene and benzanthracene.Among the concentration of surfactant stabilizing organisms and when solubilization was performed using naphthalene,anthracene,pyrene and benzanthracene,the value of pH should be maintained in the range of 6 to 8,and optimally 8;temperature controlled among 30 ℃~70 ℃,and optimally 30 ℃;time should be kept within 3 d,and optimally 3 d.
