不同微地形烟地土壤环境特征差异分析

为了揭示不同微地形烟地土壤环境差异,本文通过随机区组试验,研究了云贵高原山区坝地、坡地和台地3种微地形烟地的土壤微生物数量、土壤化学成分及土壤酶活性差异。结果表明:不同微地形比较,坝地土壤的真菌、放线菌和细菌的数量较多,台地较少,坡地含量居中,不同生育期微地形之间差异都达到了极显著水平。土壤不同化学成分含量、过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性都表现为坝地〉坡地〉台地。该研究结果为西南烟区不同微地形烟地养分管理和烟叶的优质生产提供理论参考。

英文摘要:

In order to reveal characteristics of soil environment for different micro-topographies, soil microbial quantities, soil chemical compositions and soil enzyme activities were studied through randomized block experiment at platform, the 3 types of micro-topographies tobacco fields in dam, sloping and, on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau Mountain. The results showed that the number of fungi, actinomycetes and bacteria were the largest for dam soil, and the smallest for platform soil, while in the middle for sloping fields soil; the differences between them reached extremely significant level at different stages. The chemical composition content of soil, the activity of catalase, urease and sucrase were characterized in the order of dam 〉 sloping fields 〉 platform. These results provided a theoretical reference for nutrient management and tobacco quality and production in tobacco fields of different mi cro-topographise.
