目的 了解实施基本药物制度后乡村医生的工作积极性现状,探讨其影响因素.方法 抽取山东省的5个地市的18个县,随机抽取134个村卫生室的621名乡村医生进行问卷调查,同时对相关人员进行访谈.结果 乡村医生工作积极性不高,只有50.7%的乡村医生表示愿意接诊;卫生室设备条件、执业资格层次、职业热爱程度、对基本药物质量和收入的满意度、工作压力增加等,是主要影响因素;工作积极性激励机制存在不足.结论 通过加强村卫生室硬件建设和技术培训,完善基本药物制度,调整相应补助政策和费用标准等措施,可调动乡村医生工作积极性.
Objective To study the working enthusiasm of rural doctors with the essential medicine system in place and identify the influencing factors. Methods 18 counties were picked from five cities and districts in the province for the study. 621 rural doctors from 134 village clinics were randomly sampled for questionnaire survey and interview. Results The rural doctors were found with a low morale, as only 50. 7~o{ them were found willing to receive patients. Major influencing factors for their working enthusiasm include facilities and equipments of the clinic, practitioner qualifications, professionalism,quality of the essential medicines, satisfaction of income, and increase of workload. A defective incentive mechanism was found for them in general. Conclusion Such measures as better hardware facilities at the village clinic, better professional training, improved essential medicine system, better subsidies policies can better mobilize their working enthusiasm.
