从2009年广东省级企业技术中心评估上报的企业数据库中选取263家企业,探讨了研发投入强度(研发经费投入强度和研发人员投入强度)和人员激励(薪酬激励和人员培训)对企业创新绩效的影响。结果表明,在总样本和新兴产业中,研发经费投入强度、研发人员投入强度、薪酬激励和人员培训对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响。而在传统产业中,只有研发经费投入强度和研发人员薪酬激励对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响。进一步分析发现,在传统产业中,薪酬激励对研发人员投入强度和创新绩效关系有显著的调节作用。
Using data from 263 firms (159 from emerging industries and 104 from traditional industries) which were evaluated by Enterprise Technology Center in Guangdong Province in 2009, this study investigated the im- pact of R&D intensity (R&D capital intensity and R&D personnel intensity included) and R&D personnel incen- tive (compensation incentive and training included) on innovative performance. The results revealed that R&D capi- tal intensity, R&D personnel intensity, compensation incentive and training are all have significant positive effects on innovative performance in both total sample and emerging industries. However, only R&D capital intensity and compensation incentive have significant positive effects on innovative performance in traditional industries. Further- more, we also found that compensation incentive significantly moderates the relationship between R&D personnel intensity and innovative performance in traditional industries
