semiconductor refrigerant technique is applied, which is combined with moisture absorption characteristic of acrylic resin. In the light of the smaller space, the paper presents the new temperature and humidity control system which apply infared techonology to enjoy the convenience of use . The system consists of the high--precision temperature and humidity sensor SHT75, the control core LPCl111, TELFON shielded cables with high temperature resistance and a stainless steel sintered protect wire mesh for air inlet, along with ingenious design of programming and circuit. Those ensure that the device can be applied in adverse environmental conditionso the article introduces the design of temperature and humidity control, specific hardware circuit , software process and correlation test. Test results show that it runs stable . This system design with low cost, simple production process and manufacturing equipment , safe and easy to operate.
