以工业用铝合金和锡为原料,利用机械振动的方法,去除铝表面的氧化膜,采用固-液复合法,制备Al/Sn复合材料。并对其附着强度、电导率、结合界面进行了检测,研究表明,通过此方法制备出的Al/Sn复合材料界面结合良好,兼有铝的优良导电性能和锡的焊接性能,且制备工艺平稳、简单、易控制和调整,具有良好的工业运用前景。
The method of mechanical vibration was employed to fabricate the layer composite of aluminum and tin.It is synthesized by aluminum alloy and tin.The adhesive strength of tin layer to aluminium substrate,electrical conductivity of the composite,and microstructure of interface were examined by thermal shock test,SEM,HTEM and eddy-current conductivity instrument.The results show that a metallurgical bonding at interface of Al/Sn composite is obtained.The similar conductivity to aluminum and jointing property to tin is observed for the composite. This process of fabrication which can be applied in engineering is simple and controllable.
