Bead shaped copper ornaments was one kind metal decorations appeared very early, dispersed widely , and lasted for a long time in the North of China. These ornaments mentioned above should be divided into three kinds according to their shape features. They were different in the age range , the distribution area , the usage mode and the decorative parts. Based on these difference, we consider that the three kinds of orna- ments should be originated respectively, which are from the middle part of Xinjiang, the west part of Gansu Corridor , and the north and south of Yanshan Mountain.
