针对和睦山铁矿破碎倾斜厚矿体双工作面诱导冒落法开采条件,对下位工作面矿岩冒落规律进行了研究。通过建立修正冒落拱力学模型,对冒落拱跨度和高度的关系进行了分析,在现有开采跨度条件下,下位工作面矿体具有良好的可冒性。并对下位工作面开采过程进行数值分析,结果表明,开采跨度直接影响冒落进程,冒落拱高度随开挖跨度的增加而增加。当冒落拱高度达到上盘围岩后,冒落拱沿矿岩界线向下盘方向倾斜,当开挖跨度大于上盘围岩临界冒落跨度时,冒落拱垂直向上盘围岩扩展,模拟结果与现场冒落过程的监测结果相一致。并根据这一规律提出了加速下位工作面上盘围岩冒落的回采顺序和出矿措施,对提高下位工作面的安全性和回采指标具有重要意义。
In view of the induced caving with double working face in mining inclined thick and broken ore body, the caving rule of ore rock in lower working face was studied. The formula between the span and height of caving arch was deduced based on the mechanical model established of modified caving arch. The ore body in the lower working face is easy to cave based on the formula under the existing conditions of mining span. The numerical analysis of mining process in the lower working face has shown that the caving process is determined by the caving span, and the height of the caving arch in- creases with the caving span. The caving arch inclines towards downthrows along the mine rock bound- ary line when the height of caving arch is up to the hanging wall. The direction of caving arch changes to vertical upward when the mining span is bigger than the critical caving span in the hanging wall. The data from numerical simulation are consistent with the field monitoring data of the caving process. Based on this caving rule, the mining order and drawing measures were put forward of accelerating caving in the hanging-wall of the lower working face, which is important to improve security and ex- traction of the lower working face.
