A new estimation method of triangular mesh vertex normal vector is present, which chooses the shape and thegravity as the weight of each triangle patches normal in the first order neighbor triangle of the vertex. Thus, in the sametriangular mesh surface, when the precision of triangle mesh increases, the vertex normal vector estimation increases; inthe same precision of triangular mesh, when the mean curvature and mean curvature variation of triangular mesh modeldecreases, the vertex normal vector estimation also increases. The examples and error analyses show that the method ofcalculation result is more accurate and reasonable.
