为测试储氢材料的PCT曲线,吸放氢动力学曲线和储氢材料的疲劳寿命,设计了一套数字控制式多通道PCT试验装置。利用工控机实现系统的试验过程自动控制和实验数据的分类存储。试验过程中,储氢材料的活化温度为200℃;试验采用水浴加热,温度为45℃。系统共四个通道,工作温度和控制相互独立。试验空间内使用惰性气体(氩气)进行清扫,保证试验空间内的空气被完全排空。通过大量AB5型储氢材料试验证明,试验曲线平台清晰、完整,装置工作性能稳定可靠,试验结果可信。
A suit of multichannel digital controlled PCT testing apparatus was designed to test the performing kinetics curve of hydrogen absorption or desorption and the fatigue life of hydrogen storage material. Achieved automatic controlled during the test process and according to the classification of the experimental data storage by industrial computer. In the process, the activation temperature of hydrogen storage material was 200℃ and the testing process was heated by water-tank which temperature was 45℃. This system includes four channels which working temperature and controlling process were independent of one another. To en.ure that the air in.ide the testing room wc completely emptied, the space was purged through inert gas (Argon). A large amount of testing data on tpical AB matriai proved that the platform of trial curve is clear and complete, the pegrormance of device is steady and reliability. The test result is relialle.
