目的:PACS是实现数字化医学影像存档与通讯的重要手段。近年随着数字医院系统在国内外的建设,规模由小型向大中型发展,以及医学信息区域化实施,选择一种功能强大、性能稳定、易于管理的数据库,支持PACS系统的构建已是实际之所需。方法:作者采用Oracle为后台数据库、visual C++6.0开发工具,设计了以Oracle为支撑的DICOM医学图像管理系统,并对涉及的核心关键技术进行了研究,完成了检索应用程序开发。结果:该系统经在局域网运行,显示出明显的优势,证明其技术和方法有效可行。结论:此研究性设计为PACS系统进一步全面开发建立了基础,同时对医院信息化建设有着重要意义。
Purpose: Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is an important way to realize digital medical images communication. Currently as the digital hospital system develops, choosing a database with stronger function, better stability and easier management is necessary. Methods: A medical images management system with the database of Oracle was designed, some key technologies were introduced and a query application was realized using visual C++6.0 development tools. Results: Through working in the local area network, the system displayed obvious advantage, which proved above methods available. Conclusions: The research work builds up foundation for further development of PACS. At the same time, it is important for hospital communication construction.
