目的:研究芍药八味汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠血清中胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)含量的变化,测定胃排空率及肠推进率,探讨该方对胃肠动力的影响作用。方法:采用复合造模法复制清洁级Wistar大鼠CAG模型,采用随机数字表法随机分为模型组、维霉素组、芍药八味汤高、低剂量组,并设不加任何处理的空白对照组。各用药组灌胃给药、各对照组灌服等容量生理盐水30 d。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清MTL和GAS含量,观察胃排空率及肠推进率。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组血清MTL、GAS含量明显降低(P均〈0.01);与模型组比较,各用药组血清MTL、GAS含量显著增高(P均〈0.01);高、低剂量组对MTL含量的影响差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。模型组胃排空率、肠推进率显著低于空白对照组(P均〈0.01);用药组胃排空率、肠推进率显著高于模型组(P均〈0.01)。结论:MTL和GAS含量的降低影响了CAG病理过程,芍药八味汤通过提高CAG大鼠血清MTL和GAS含量,促进胃肠动力,以恢复肌体消化机能。
Objective: to study the effect of Peony Eight Ingredients Decoction on motilin ( MTL) and gastrin ( GAS) levels in chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) rats, to detect gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive rate, and to explore the decoction's action on gastrointestinal motihty. Methods : CAG models were prepared by compound molding process with clean Wistar rats, which were randomly divided into model group, vitacoenayme group, high dose of decoction group, low dose group, and blank control group. The medication groups were given intragastric administration and the control groups the same volume saline for 30 days. MTL and GAS level were determined with ELISA, gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate observed. Results: compared with blank control group, MTL and GAS level of model group were significantly decreased ( P 〈0. 01 ) ; compared with model group, MTL and GAS level of all medication group were all significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was significant difference in effects on MTL between high dose and low dose group ( P 〈0. 01 ) . Gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive rate were significantly lower than that of blank control group ( P 〈0. 01 ) while medication group significantly higher than model group ( P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The decrease of MTL and GAS affects CAG pathological process, while Peony Eight Ingredients Decoction can increase MTL and GAS levels in CAG rats and promote gastrointestinal motility so as to restore the digestive function.
