This paper proposed a design scheme based on Android equipment monitoring terminal development, which aims to convenient monitoring equipment running status, reduce equipment failure rate, understand equipment overall performance. This scheme uses the Android smart phone platform, displays the equipment monitoring data and equips maintenance task information in the user terminal through the Web Service technology and wireless communication technology, so as to achieve real-time maintenance. In the test, the proposed system takes the advantage of convenience, real-time, portable, friendly interface and can be widely used in industrial field.
