针对某公司仓储管理中储位管理存在的问题,对该公司的储区和货位进行了分析,提出了动静储区分区的改进方案,分区后总行走时间减少了近61%。此外,还对动储区建立整数线性规划模型,以作业人员行走时间最短为目标,进行了优化,给出动储区具体货位分配方案。
This paper deals with the storage location problem in a specific corporation. A method of partition storage zone was given. This method saved almost 61% time of worker traveling to pick up the product. Besides, a ILP model was formulated and the optimal solution which could minimize the travel time was given.
