基于我国褐煤的高水分含量限制了其开发利用,褐煤提质干燥等预加工工艺备受关注,对目前国内外有关褐煤蒸发脱水机理的研究进展进行了分析与综述,包括褐煤干燥特性、单颗粒褐煤干燥模型、薄层干燥机理和多孔介质干燥机理在褐煤干燥机理研究中的应用等。分析表明:现阶段缺乏系统的、适用性广的褐煤干燥机理模型,应全面考虑褐煤干燥过程中的影响因素,并针对褐煤的特殊性进一步建立能满足工程实际需要的褐煤干燥脱水理论及相应的模型。
Because that the high moisture content of Chinese lignite restricted its development and utilization, the pre-processing technologies such as drying and quality-improving process of lignite attracted a lot of researchers, moreover, this paper analyzed the research progress of evaporation dehydration mechanism of lignite at home and abroad, including applications of drying characteristics of lignite, drying model of single particle lignite, thin layer drying mechanism and mechanism of multi-pore drying medium in research of drying mechanism of lignite. It was indicated that, there was no systemic and widely applicable model of drying mechanism of lignite, so the relevant influencing factors were need to be considered comprehensively, furthermore, based on the particularity of lignite, drying and dehydration mechanism theories and relative models which could meet the practical engineering requirements should be established.
