Objective：Methods about improving how to teach students come from Southeast of Asia the practical course of neurology, and provide some evidences for the internationalization of medical high education.Method：methods about improving the quality of teachers in English, fully prepared cases for class, using body language and combination of imaging data were used in practiced course of neurology.Result：The methods can enable these students interested in neurology, and achieve better teaching results.Conclusion：According to the special circumstance of Southeast of Asia students, we flexibly use a variety of teaching methods in practiced course of neurology can get good teaching results.
