Objective：To study the expression of killer inhibitory receptors（KIR） on T lymphocytes in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods：KIR expressed on ,the surface of T lymphocytes were determined by threo-colour flow cytometry in chronic hepatitis B patients,and the results were compared with those of normal peripheral blood. Results：The expression of KIR on CD8^high T lymphocytes in chronic hepatitis B patients was 4. 30% ± 2.02%, which was higher than that in normal peripheral blood （P 〈 0. 05 ）. KIR was rarely detected on CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in normal peripheral blood, but the expression of KIR on CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in chronic hepatitis B patients was 1.55% ± 0. 71%. Conclusion：The expressions of KIR on T lymphocytes are increased in chronic hepatitis B.
