For the problem of large amount of transmission and distribution data, the problem of unable to query and modify on real-time, and the shortcoming of cumbersome association among of image data, GPS data and attribute data, using PDA hardware platform and with the Smart Device of Visual C as tools, SQLite database is established and the transmission and distribution line measure field system is developed. And the office system is developed also by OCI connecting Oracle database. This system has the advantages of friendly interface, high colletion efficiency, convenience of query and modification, and comprehensive management of multivariate data, which realizes transmission and distribution line integration measurement.
